摘要
纳米ATO(锑掺杂二氧化锡)导电粉因其在导电和光学等方面的优良性能,在许多领域有着广阔的应用前景,是近年来迅速发展的一种新型功能材料,目前制备纳米ATO粒子的方法主要有共沉淀法、水热法、燃烧合成法等。详细介绍了纳米ATO粉体制备的国内研究现状,并总结了锑掺杂量、热处理、反应pH值等制备工艺对粉体性能的影响,最后提出了有待深入研究的几个问题。
Nano-ATO particles is a new type function material developing rapidly in recent years. Due to its excellent property, it has extensive application prospects in many field. The main methods to prepare the particles and the preparation status of nano-ATO particles at home are introduced, and the influence factors on the property of the conductive particles are summed up, including doping ratio, heating temperature and pH value. At last problems needing to be solved in future are pointed out.
