摘要
对重楼中Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg和Sr 7种金属元素的化学形态进行了分析研究。用传统煎煮法将元素进行提取后,采用0.45μm微孔滤膜、LSA-10大孔吸附树脂柱及正辛醇/水分配体系,分别获得元素的可溶态与悬浮态、有机态与无机态、醇溶态与水溶态,最后用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法对湿法消解后的各种元素进行测定。结果表明:7种元素的提取率在18.13%~56.77%,悬浮态的颗粒吸附率在1.07%~40.77%,加标回收率在94.8%~107.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤5.1%。
To study the chemical speciation of seven metal elements, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Ca, Mg and Sr in Paris polyphylla were divided into soluble and suspended species,organic and inorganic species, n-C8 HI7 OH soluble species and water soluble species. 0.45 μm membrane, LSA-10 macroporous resin,and n-C8H17OH-water extraction system were employed for the fractionation of target species. The contents of seven metal elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES). The results showed that extractive rates of the elements were in the range of 18. 13%-56. 77%. Adsorption ratio of suspension state was in the range of 1.07%-40.77%. The recovery ratios by standard addition were in the range of 94.8%-107.7% and relative standard deviations were less than 5.1%.
