摘要
近年来,我国职教师资培养面临师范教育向教师教育转型、建立现代职业教育体系、实现四化同步发展、全面提高职业教育质量等新机遇和挑战。在新的背景下,我国一些地区和学校进行了建设新型职教教师培养体系的探索。在已有经验的基础上,为进一步完善职教教师培养体系,建议加强对职教师资培养工作的规划与管理,加大职教师资招生与培养制度改革,营造有利于职教教师培养的政策环境,加强对职技高师院校的投资。
In recent years, the teacher training of vocational education in China confronts with the challenges of normal education transforming to teacher education, building modem education system and realizing synchronous development of society in four areas and comprehensively enhancing education quality. Under the new background, some regions and schools explored actively to build new teacher training system. Based on existing experience, in order to further optimize training system for vocational education, the suggestions are： strengthening planning and management on the training of vocational teachers, enlarge reform on the enrollment and cultivation of vocational education teacher specialty, increase investment on the vocational education teacher college, etc.
