摘要
矿产资源生态补偿机制的构建与完善,对我国的经济发展、社会进步与环境保护具有重要意义。国内相关学者已经从多角度对这一问题进行了广泛研究,虽取得了一系列成果,但其理论研究的深度和对策研究的针对性仍显不足。本文将从内涵、要素与实现方式三方面对我国矿产资源生态补偿机制的相关研究进行总结和评论,并对未来的研究方向进行展望,以期进一步推动对该问题的理论研究与实践探索。
Construction and improvement of the ecological compensation mechanism of mineral resources have important significance to economic development, social progress and environmental protection of our country. Although domestic relevant scholars have carried out extensive research on this issue from the multi-angle and formed a series of achievements, remained deficiencies in the depth of theoretical research and the direction of countermeasure research. This paper summarizes and criticisms the correlation study on the ecological compensation mechanism of mineral resources of china through three aspect： connotation, element and implementation way, prospects the direction of future research, in the hope of further promoting the theoretical study and practical exploration on this issue.
