摘要
目的:制备槲皮素微乳,并对其性质进行考察。方法:采用HPLC法测定槲皮素在不同油相、表面活性剂和助表面活性剂中的溶解度,初步筛选处方组成,通过绘制伪三元相图对处方进行优化;并初步考察槲皮素微乳的黏度、粒径及其分布和稳定性。结果:槲皮素微乳制备的最优处方为槲皮素-油酸乙酯-聚山梨醇酯80-1,2-丙二醇-水的质量比为2.5∶4∶27∶9∶60;自制微乳澄清透明,平均粒径为(51.8±9.3)nm,多分散系数为0.265±0.008,3 000 rpm离心15 min后无分层现象。结论:通过优化处方制备的槲皮素微乳理化性质稳定,能够提高药物的溶解度。
OBJECrlVE To prepare quercetin microemulsion and to investigate its physicochemical properties. METHODS The solubilities of quercetin in different oils, surfactants and co-surfactants were determined by HPLC method. The formula- tion was optimizated by pseudoternary phase diagram. The viscosity, particle diameter with its distribution and stability of quercetin microemulsion were investigated. RESULTS The optimized formulation was as follows: the proportion of quercetin~ ethyl oleate - Tween-80-1,2-propanediol water was 2.5:4:27:9:60. The emulsion was transparent. The average particle diame- ter of quercetin microemulsion was (51.8 + 9. 3) nm with a polydispersity index of 0. 265 + 0. 008, and there was no any layered after centrifuging at 3000 rpm for 15 rain. CONCLUSION By optimized microemulsion formulation, the prepared quercetin mi- croemulsion possesses stable physical and chemical properties,it could be increase the solubility of quercetin.
