脊髓蛋白激酶B在瑞芬太尼诱发切口痛小鼠痛觉过敏中的作用

摘要 阿片类药物是术后镇痛的常用药物,但长期应用会诱发痛觉过敏,影响镇痛效果.超短效阿片受体激动剂瑞芬太尼诱发的痛觉过敏明显强于其他阿片类药物[1].探讨其诱发痛觉过敏的机制,对防治措施的选择极为重要.研究表明,阿片类药物诱发痛觉过敏与脊髓背角神经元敏化有关[2].蛋白激酶B(Akt)是重要的细胞内信号转导分子,参与调节细胞代谢、细胞存活、细胞周期调控、转录调控等多种生物学过程.研究表明,Akt活化后参与了痛觉过敏的形成[3].但Akt是否参与了瑞芬太尼诱发的痛觉过敏尚有待研究.本研究拟探讨脊髓Akt在瑞芬太尼诱发切口痛小鼠痛觉过敏中的作用.
