摘要
校企合作是我国高职教育的重要组成部分,是培养应用型职业人才的重要手段之一。在现行的校企合作人才培养模式中,由于校企合作驱动力不足,校企双方利益、责权、机制等问题协调不善,致使校企合作经常出现危机。就目前校企合作过程中存在的瓶颈问题加以分析,并提出推动高职校企合作健康发展的对策。
Cooperation between advanced vocational colleges and enterprises is one of the most important parts m the mgner vocational education. It is the important means of improving the training quality of higher vocational education in our country. In the current mode of talent training, crisis often occur in the cooperation between advanced vocational colleges and enterprises because of lacking driving force and lacking coordination for benefit, power and responsibility, mechanism and so on. The bottleneck problem of the cooperation between advanced vocational colleges and enterprises is analyzed, and the countermesures on promoting health development of the cooperation between advanced vocational colleges and enterprises are given.
