摘要
高职院校教师实践教学能力远远不能适应高职教育教学改革的需要,本文从教师自身、院校、相关管理和制度等方面分析了高职院校教师实践教学能力欠缺的原因,结合专业教学改革实践探索了解决的途径和方法。
College teachers are far from practice training to adapt to the need for higher education teaching reform.This article analyzed the causes of teachers＇ practical teaching abilities lacking in higher vocational colleges from the teachers themselves,institutes,related management and system.And also explored the solution ways and methods with educational reform practice.
