摘要
《伤寒论》之痞证,历代各家多解释"心下痞塞,但满不痛"。笔者从《说文》、经典著作、痞证的形成及临证治痞证的心得分析认为,痞证之"但满不痛",应理解为"满而不通",痞证当有疼痛症状。
The distention and stuffiness of Treatise on febrile disease is understood as ＂ heart under the new plug, but full of pain＂ in the past. According to Shuowen, the past explaination, the formation of the distention and stuffiness , and clinic treatment of the dis- tention and stuffiness, the author thinks that ＂but full of pain＂ should be understood as ＂full line＂, and there is a pain symptoms in the distention and stuffiness.
