On the basis of expounding on the importance of talent mechanism in power supply enterprises, the author examines the main modes and types of enterprise talent incentive, and discusses how to establish incentive mechanism in power supply enterprises in a bid to provide theoretical reference for the sustainable and healthy development of power supply.
