摘要
创新是中华民族进步的灵魂,只有创新才能有社会的进步和发展,所以教员在教学过程中必须坚持培养学员的创新能力,必须更新教育观念,采取适当、有效的方法和途径,优化课堂教学,努力培养学生的创新能力。作者结合自身教学实践从四个方面谈了在教学中对学员创新能力的培养。
