摘要
本文采用问卷调查法研究了师生对大学生创新能力的评价以及影响大学生创新能力提高的不良因素。结果表明,师生普遍认为社会环境和学校氛围等是影响大学生创新能力提高的主要不良因素,因此,高校要从系统的角度认识大学生能力培养的影响因素,注重教育模式的转变,全面提升教师创新教学能力,努力培养大学生的创新能力并为大学生创新提供良好的社会环境。
This paper uses the questionnaire method to research the evaluation of innovation ability of the college students and teachers and the influencing factors on college students＇ innovation ability. The results show that most teachers and students think social circumstance and school atmosphere are the most important influencing factors on college students＇ innovation ability. Based on the results,the college should be convinced of the influencing factors from the systemic view, pay attention to transform the educational pattern, advance teachers＇ innovation ability, foster college students＇ innovation ability and provide favorable social entironment for college students.
