摘要
目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法测定麝香壮骨膏中盐酸苯海拉明的含量.方法 色谱柱为C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-1%硫酸铵溶液(53:47),检测波长为210 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1.结果 盐酸苯海拉明进样量在0.163 0~4.075 9 μg范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 6;回收率为98.8%,RSD=0.61%.结论 该方法准确、可靠、灵敏,可用于麝香壮骨膏中盐酸苯海拉明的含量测定.
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of diphenhydramine hydrochloride in Shex- iang Zhuanggu Plaster. Methods The separation was performed on a C18 column(4. 6 mmx 250 ram,5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol - 1% ammonium sulphate(53:47). The detection wavelength was 210 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ~ rain - 1. Results The linear range of diphenhydramine hydrochloiide was 0. 163 0 - 4. 075 9 μg with a good correlation ( r = 0. 999 6). The rate of recovery was 98.8% ,RSD = 0. 61%. Conclusion The method was accurate, reliable, sensitive, and can be used for the determination of diphenhydramine hydrochloride in Shexiang Zhuanggu Plaster.
