摘要
目的通过GC技术,对藏药熏倒牛种子油脂肪酸成分进行定性定量分析.方法 采用FFAP弹性毛细管柱(50m×0.24mm i.d),程序升温法,柱温150~240℃,升温速度5℃/min,FID检测器温度280℃,高纯氮气42ml/min,尾吹50ml/min,氢气9.9×10pa,空气8.0×10pa.结果藏药熏倒牛种子油脂肪酸成分得以定性,主要为棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸.不饱和脂肪酸为88.44%,其中亚油酸含量为73.04%.结论通过对藏药熏倒牛种子油脂肪酸成分的分析,为藏药熏倒牛资源的开发利用提供科学依据.
Objective: Through the GC technique, the thesls is about the qualitative ana quanntauve analysis on the seed oil fatty acid ingredients of the Tibetan medicine Biebersteinia heterostemon Maxim. Method: using FFAP elastic capillary column (50m X 0.24mm i. d), program speed temperature control, column temperature 150- 240℃, the speed of temperature rise 5 ℃/min, FID detector temperature 280 ℃, high purity nitrogen 42mL/min, make-up 50ml/min, hydrogen 9.9 × 10pa, and the air is 8.0 × 10pa. Resuit: The seed oil fatty acid ingredients of the Tibetan medicine Biebersteinia heterostemon Maxim is determined. It mainly contains palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenie acid. The unsaturated fatty acid was 88.44%, among which linoleic acid content is 73.04%. Conclusion: Through the analysis on the seed oil fatty acid of the Tibetan medicine Biebersteinia heterostemon Maxim, the research can provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of the Tibetan medicine Biebersteinia heterostemon Maxim e.
