摘要
目的采用砷铈催化分光光度法与氧化还原滴定法两种方法比较测定海藻盐中碘含量。方法采用过硫酸铵溶液在97℃条件下消化海藻盐样,根据碘催化砷铈氧化还原反应的原理,控制反应温度和时间,检测海藻盐中碘的含量。结果方法相对标准偏(RSD)为2.28%~4.93%,与国标法经t检验,t〈t(0.05/2,10),得P〉0.05。两种方法测定结果无显著性差异。结论该法简单快速,精密度高适宜批量操作。
Objective To compare the As -Ce catalytic spectrometry and oxidationreduction titration method in determining the content of iodine in marine algae. Methods Ammonium persulfate was used to digest sample of marine algae salt at 97℃. According to theory of redox reaction, the content of iodine in marine algae salt was detected through controlling reaction temperature and reaction time. Results The relative standard deviations(RSDs) of the method was 2.28% -4.93%. There was no statistical significance between the two methods by t test ( t 〈 t(0.05.10), P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The method is simple, fast and high precise, and it can be used to determine batch of samples.
