摘要
[目的]通过对过硫酸铵法测定尿碘含量的探讨,使测定方法进一步完善。[方法]采用电热恒温鼓风干燥箱消化尿碘。在原有方法基础上,改进碘标准液配制方法,注意实验环境、器皿及试剂避免碘污染,注意选用硫酸铈铵试剂质量及加入量准确性,严格控制反应温度与反应时间。[结果]改进后方法的最低检出限为3μg/L,相对标准偏差为2.24%~4.90%,回收率为89.6%~102.3%,改进法与原方法经t检验,t〈t(0.05,14),P〉0.05,2种方法的测定结果类似。[结论]通过改进测定方法,为尿碘的质量控制提供更准确的检测方法。
[Objective]To explore the detection of urinary iodine quantity of by ammonium peroxydisulfate method,and improve the detection method.[Methods]Electro-thermostratic blast oven was used to digest the urinary iodine.Based on the original methods,iodine standard sample confecting method was improved.Experiment enviroment,utensile and reagents were carefully treated to avoid contamination of iodine.The quality and accouracy of quantity of the added in ammonium cerous were given attention to,and the reaction temperature and reaction time were tightly controled.[Results]The detection limit of urinary iodine was 3 μg/L by the new method,the relative standard deviation was 2.24%-4.90%,the recovery rate was 89.6%-102.3%.There was no statistical significance between the two methods by t test,tt(0.05,14),P0.05,the results of the two tests were similar.[Conclusion]Improving the determination method of urinary iodine can provide a precise method for the quality control of urinary iodine.
