TGFβ1和HIF-1α在唾液腺黏液表皮样癌中的表达

摘要 目的研究转化生长因子β1(trαnsforminggrowthfαctor—β1,TGFβl)、缺氧诱导因子一1α(hypoxiαinduciblefαctor—1β,HIF—1α)在唾液腺黏液表皮样癌(mucoepidermoidcαrcinomα,MEC)中的表达和相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学sP法检测25例正常唾液腺组织、36例唾液腺黏液表皮样癌(20例高分化、16例低分化)中TGFl31和HIF—lα的表达。结果TGF-β1和HIF—1α的阳性表达率在正常唾液腺组织、高分化MEC及低分化MEC中的表达均依次增强,组间差异均有统计学意义,P〈O.05;MEC中TGFβ1随着HIF—lα表达的增强而升高,P〈0.05。结论TGFβ1和HIF—lα的高表达在唾液腺黏液表皮样癌的分化及增殖过程中可能起重要作用。 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of transforming growth factor-βI(TGF ~ 1) and bypoxia inducible factor-1 α (HIF-1 α) in salivary gland mucoepidermoid carcinoma(MEC).Methods The expression of TGFβ1 and HIF-lα in 25 cases normal salivary tissues and 36 cases MEC (20 cases with well differentiation and 16 cases with poor differentiation) were detected by the streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) immunohistochemical method. Results Positive expression rate of TGF β1 and I-IIF- 1αenhanced in normal salivary gland tissue, well-differentiated MEC tissue and poorly- differentiated MEC tissues stepply P 〈0.05; TGFβ1 tended to depend on HIF-lα expression levels in MEC P 〈0.05. Conclusion The high expression of TGF β1 and HIF-1α is considered to play an important role in cell differentiation and proliferation of MEC.
