摘要
目的 :用高效毛细管电泳法测定盐酸表柔比星的含量。考察不同实验条件下盐酸表柔比星及其异构体的胶束动电毛细管电泳行为。方法 :选择 10 0mmol·L-1胆酸钠、 2 5mmol·L-1硼砂溶液 (pH 9 1)为运行缓冲液 ,以 β 萘磺酸钠为内标 ,于 2 31nm波长处测定。 结果 :线性关系良好 ,r =0 9990 ;重复性实验RSD为 1 0 %(n =5 )。结论 :本法柱效高 ,结果准确。
Objective:A new analysis method of epirubicin was developed using micellary electrokinetic capillary chromatography by optimizing the major affecting factors.Methods:The running buffer solution was 25 mmol·L -1 borate buffer(pH 9 1)added 100 mmol·L -1 sodium cholate.The internal standard was sodium β-naphthalene sulfonate.The UV detector was set at 231 nm.Results:The method showed good linearity ( r =0 999 0)and reproducibility( RSD =1 0%, n =5).Conclusion:The method was effective and accurate.
