摘要
目的 研究天然和破壁松花粉中锌的生物利用度。方法 采用高速气流粉碎技术 ,将松花粉干法破壁 ;并使用同位素稀释技术 ,对天然和破壁松花粉中锌的生物利用度进行了研究。雄性生长中 SD大鼠 30只 ,平均体重 85g,肌注同位素65Zn(1 70 k Bq65Zn溶于 75μl0 .88%Na Cl生理盐水中 )。随机分为三组 ,每组 1 0只。组 1 (对照组 )食用基础饲料 ;组 2、组 3食用含 6%破壁和天然松花粉制成的饲料 ,三者含锌量均为 7μg/g。 1 7d实验期间给每只大鼠 9.4g/d食物 ,定量收集粪、尿 ,并使用同位素稀释技术测定内源性锌的排出和锌的真实吸收量。结果 实验结束时各组大鼠间体重和血浆锌未见差异 ,食用含松花粉饲料的大鼠血液学参数略高于对照组。天然和破壁松花粉粪锌排泄分别增加了 53%和 38%。这是由于食用含松花粉饲料的两组大鼠内源性粪锌的排泄上升了 64%所致。在这一情况下食用含天然松花粉饲料组的大鼠锌生物利用度较对照组(96% )低 ,为 94.4% ;而食用含破壁松花粉饲料组锌的生物利用度没有改变 (96% )。结论 松花粉破壁后锌生物利用度有所上升 。
Objective: In this study, the zinc bioavailability of natural and broken Masson pine pollen was determined. Methods: Natural Masson pine pollen which was broken by high speed airflow, and its zinc bioavailability was observed by radioisotope dilution techniqe. Thirty growing male SD rats weighting 85 g were injected with 170 kBq 65 Zn in 75 μl saline and alloted to 3 purified artificial semi synthetic diets without (control group) and with addition of 6% natural (group 2) and 6% broken (group 3) Masson pine pollen. All experimental diets contained 7 μg Zn/g and were fed respectively (9.4 g/day) for 17 days. Facal and renal excretions of zinc were monitored. True absorption and endogenous excretion of zinc were determined by radioisotope dilution techniqe. Results: At the end of the experiment, body weight and plasma zinc concentration did not differ between treatment groups (157 g, 0.60 μg/ml). In animals fed pollen the hematological parameters were slightly better than that of the control. Natural and broken pollen increased fecal zinc excretion by 53% and 38%. This was caused by rise in the excretion of endogenous fecal zinc by 64% in both pollen groups and in the case of natural pollen additionally by depression of true zinc absorption from 96.0% (control) to 94.4%. In broken pollen true zinc absorption remained unchanged (96%). Conclusion: The zinc bioavailability of broken pollen rises slightly. However, quantitatively this rise is rather small compared to the originally high zinc bioavailability of natural Masson pine pollen.
