摘要
为储备装备技术保障后备人才,针对技术保障人员的特点,考虑装备技术保障后备人员综合素质评价的影响因素具有层次性与模糊性,运用层次分析法及模糊数学对装备技术保障后备人选进行分析与评价,建立了装备技术保障后备力量人员综合素质评价指标体系及评价模型,并通过算例验证该体系与模型是合理的、可行的。
In order to reserve new type equipment technical support personnel ,it is necessary to evaluate the overall quality of the personnel to select qualified personnel .In view of that the factors of the evaluation of equipment technical support personnel are hierarchical and fuzzy ,the evaluation sys-tem of the overall quality of the reserve personnel is built in this paper ,and Fuzzy-AHP is adopted to evaluate the personnel .The evaluation system and mathematical model are verified to be reasonable and feasible by an example .
