摘要
军事代表绩效的高低直接影响装备质量监督、检验验收工作效率和效益。科学合理的军事代表绩效考评是有效提升军代室整体管理水平的重要保证。从考评体系、考评标准、考评组织实施及考评结果运用4个方面总结了目前军事代表绩效考评工作存在的主要问题,提出了完善军事代表绩效考评工作的相应对策。
The performance of military affairs representative affects the efficiency and benefit of equipment quality surveillance, inspection and acceptance. The rational performance evaluation of the military affairs representatives insures the general management level improving of military affairs oflice. This paper summarizes the existing problems from the aspects of evaluation systems, criterion, practice and the outcomes utilization, and then puts forward the countermeasures to improve the performance evaluation of military affairs representatives.
