摘要
当下高校学术期刊改革根本目的尚不十分明确,围绕学术期刊改革目标亟须认真思考以下四个方面的问题:一是改革之顶层设计与底层承受相适应问题;二是学术期刊与非学术期刊改革之异;三是在外部力量多方牵制的情况下学术期刊如何做到自我完善;四是如何处理好尊重历史沿革与改革创新的关系。
The ultimate aim of the current reform of the university academic journals is not very clear. Four ur- gent aspects around the goals of the academic journals reform should be considered seriously：First, the adaptation of the top -level design with the affordability of the basic units;Second, the contrast between the academic journals and the non - academic journals ;the problem of the self - improvement of the academic journals controlled by the multi -external- forces; Fourth, the relationship between the respect for history and innoyation.
