摘要
本文以抗热上海青、意大利耐抽苔生菜、黄金小白菜、春秋圆叶菠菜为受试植物,研究了厚朴水浸提液对这4种农作物的化感作用.结果表明:不同浓度的厚朴水浸提液对意大利耐抽苔生菜种子的萌发、幼苗根生长及幼苗生长都表现出抑制作用;抗热上海青和春秋圆叶菠菜,在较低浓度(0.01 g· mL-1)的厚朴水浸提液处理下,其种子萌发、幼苗根生长及幼苗生长都表现为促进作用,而在较高浓度(0.02~0.04 g·mL-1)下表现出抑制作用,且随着浓度的升高抑制效应更加明显;在不同浓度的厚朴水浸提液处理下,黄金小白菜种子的萌发和幼苗根生长都表现出被抑制的现象,但在高浓度下仍只受轻微的抑制作用,最特别的是其幼苗生长在低浓度处理下(0.01 ~0.02 g·mL-1)呈促进作用,高浓度(0.03 ~0.04 g·mL-1)下抑制其生长.
In this study,the allelopathic effects of the aqueous extract of Magnoliae officinalis Cortex on the four crops(Shanghai green heat,Italy bolting-resistant lettuce,cabbage gold,leaf spinach,spring and autumn round) were determined.The results showed that the aqueous extracts of different concentrations had a considerable inhibitory effect on seed germination,seedling root growth and seedling growth of the Italy bolting-resistant lettuce.However,the aqueous extracts of lower concentration (0.01 g · mL-1) promoted the seed germination,seedling root growth and seedling growth of Shanghai Green heat and leaf spinach of spring and autumn round and had inhibition with the high concentrations (0.02-0.04 g · mL-1),and its inhibition effect increased with the increase of concentration.Commonly,the seed germination,seedling root growth of cabbage gold had a slight inhibition with the aqueous extracts of different concentrations,but its seedling growth was promoted with the lower concentrations (0.01-0.02 g · mL-1) and inhibited with the higher concentrations (0.03-0.04 g · mL-1).
