摘要
应用“挖掘法”进行了厚朴根系的研究,结果表明,厚朴主根不明显,侧根发达,7~15年前,根系生长迅速,以后缓慢;主要侧根一般9~15条,其中水平根系9~12条,垂直根系0~3条,90%以上的根系分布在0~40cm土层内,具有较强的再生能力,各层的水平侧根一般在土层中平行穿行1.5~2.5m后,逐渐向地表生长,最后聚集在0~10cm的表土层中,并向下坡方向生长;根系生长具有明显的趋肥性和好气性;地下部分与地上部分存在显著的相关性。研究结果对于制定厚朴栽培管理技术提供依据。
Study Qn Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils root system by 'excavating'showed: inevident axial root, developped axillary root, quick growth of root system in thefirst 7~15 years and then slowly; 9~15 main axillary root among which 9~12 horizontal rootsystem, 0~3 vertical ones; over 90; of root system distributed within 0-40 cm soil horizon,horizontal root system in each layer growed gradually towards surface layer after 1.5~2.5 mhorisontal growth in soil horizon, then aggregated in 0~10 cm surface layer to grow towardsdownhills; root system growth had evident fertiliertaxis and aerotaxis; aerial part had evid-ent relatiye with underground part.
