摘要
光热治疗技术作为一种新型微创治疗技术,已经在癌症治疗方面引起了全世界的高度关注.有机光热转换纳米材料吸收范围容易调控、可生物降解,已经成为了研究的热点.主要综述了有机光热转换纳米材料(包括吲哚菁绿、聚苯胺、聚吡咯、聚噻吩和多巴胺黑色素纳米颗粒)的研究进展,最后介绍了其在光热治疗、近红外热成像等生物医药方面的应用.
As a new minimally invasive treatment techniques ,photothermal therapy has attracted much attention for their potential applications in the ablation of cancer cells. Organic nanomaterials with photothermal effects have become a research hotspot for their biodegradable and easy to regulate its absorption spectra. The recent advances about the organic nanomaterials with photothermal effects are mini-reviewed.
