摘要
从新建地方本科院校的基本职能、人才培养目标、办学定位及教学规律出发,探索总结出来的"三线四面"人才培养模式,按照"教"、"学"及"效果"三条线路,每条线路分"主"、"辅"、"见"、"成"四个方面,全面系统地培养各级各类高素质的应用型人才,非常切近新建地方本科院校人才培养的实际,具有非常重要的推广应用价值。
According to the basic functions,talents training goals,school orientation,teaching laws of the newly-established local undergraduate universities,the paper probes into and sums up the comprehensive talents training model of ＂three lines and four aspects＂,including three lines：teaching,learning and effect,each of which is divided into four aspects,namely,principal way,secondary means,main sign and basic effects.It is well advisable that the talents training model should be applied in newly-established local undergraduate universities to cultivate various types of high-quality application-oriented talents comprehensively and systematically.
