摘要
高职院校党务工作者的思想政治状况是否适应于高职教育的发展要求,是高职院校实现人才培养目标的关键.因此,必须高度重视对党务工作者的思想政治教育工作.对南京地区高职院校党务工作者的思想政治状况进行了调研分析,并提出了加强党务工作者思想政治教育的对策与建议.
Whether the ideological and political status of party workers in higher vocational colleges adapts to the development of higher vocational education is the key to realize aim of cultivating talents. We must pay great attention to ideological and political education of party workers. This paper carries out investigation and analysis on ideological and political status of party workers in higher vocational colleges in Nanjing area and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen ideological and political education of party workers.
