摘要
植物组织培养是一门应用性、实践性较强的综合技术课程,如何提高该课程的教学效果,使学生更好的掌握这项技术,是我们教学改革的目标.该文尝试将问题式教学法应用到这门课程的教学中,取得了较好的教学效果.
Plant tissue culture is a strong applicability and practicality of comprehensive technical curriculum. The goal of our teaching reform is that how to improve the teaching effect of this course and make students better master the technology. The author attempts to apply problem - based teaching method to the teaching of this course, and gains good teaching effect.
