摘要
近年来诱变育种技术广泛应用于果树、蔬菜、花卉、农作物、微生物的育种工作中。本试验以驯化中的名贵食用菌紫丁香蘑、白香蘑、榆干侧耳为材料,采用紫外线照射处理研究其对菌丝体生长和多糖产量的影响,以期筛选出生物学性状优良的诱变菌株。结果表明,紫外线照射处理5min的紫丁香蘑菌丝长速快,长势旺,菌丝体干重最大,多糖产量最高;紫外线照射处理16min的白香蘑菌丝浓密、粗壮,多糖产量最高;紫外线照射处理4min的榆干侧耳菌丝洁白、浓密、生长较快,多糖产量也较高。
Mutation breeding were widely used in the breeding of fruit trees, vegetables, flowers, crops, microorganisms in recent years. The effect of ultraviolet radiation on growth and polysaccharide yield of mycelium of the rare edible fungi Lepista nuda, Lepista caespitosa and Lyophyllurn ulmarium, which were still being domesticated was studhed. The results showd that the best treatment time of the three edible fungi mycelium are 5, 16,and 4 min, respectively. The mycelium are not only dense, thick and grew faster, but the polysaccharide yield of mycelium is much higher than the original strains.
