摘要
用60Coγ射线照射F126的双核菌丝,经过筛选培育出金针菇新菌株辐金1号,并进行了生活因子试验、平皿抗杂试验和生产试验.报道了新菌株的选育经过、主要特征特性和栽培技术要点.
A new strain of Flammulina velutipes was bred by irradiating dikaryotic hypha of F126 with ^60Co γ-rays and selection in several generation. Tests of growth factors, resistance to deseases and production were conducted. The procedure of selection, main characters and main points of cultivation were expounded.
