摘要
对中国目前水电行业的开发现状进行分析,预测十年内水电行业的发展前景,指出水电设计企业业务转型的紧迫性与必然性。EPC总承包作为水电设计企业未来的发展出路,提出了通过相关业务投资,带动水电设计企业建立适合EPC总承包发展的体制,加快培养EPC总承包能力的重要性与实现途径,为水电设计企业的转型升级提供些许借鉴。
The design enterprises of hydropower industry in China are urgent to transform and upgrade their business because of current development status of hydropower industry in China and the development prospect in future. The EPC mode is the developing direction of Chinese design enterprises in hydropower industry. The investment is an important approach to achieve EPC by design enterprises, but the systems and capacities of design enterprise should be improved to meet the requirements of EPC systen
