摘要
目的预测人RhD蛋白刺激B淋巴细胞产生相应抗体的抗原活性表位。方法利用生物信息技术及互联网平台,以TMHMM和TMpred预测蛋白跨膜区结构为基础,通过ABCpred和BepiPred方案初步筛选RhD蛋白抗原活性表位,并以Swiss—ModelWorkspace同源模建的RhD蛋白三级结构作抗原表位定位。结果预测人RhD蛋白的N端36—41、100~104、353—356区段为RhD抗原活性表位区域。结论上述结果可作为确定结果RhD蛋白潜在优势表位的参考。
Objective To predict the antigenic epitopes of human RhD. Methods The antigenic epitopes were predic- ted by bioinformatics technology and Interuet platforms. Analysis was on the basis of the prediction results of transmembrane helices predicted by the TMHMM and TMpred followed by screening the ABCpred and BepiPred program. The antigenic epitopes were located in the tertiary structure of RhD using Swiss-Model Workspace. Results The predicted antigenic epitopes were found to locate at the protein sequence of amino acids 36 - 41,100 - 104,353 - 356 for RhD. Conclusion These findings would be helpful for prediction of the antigenic epitopes localized within human RhD.
