摘要
为有效的对主通风机进行监测控制,保障风机的稳定运行,提出了一种基于PLC的矿井主通风机监控系统的设计方案,介绍了监控系统的结构设计和功能实现,对监控系统的硬件配置,监控原理和上位机的设计进行了详细的阐述。该系统能够有效实现风机的就地、半自动、全自动三种控制方式,提高了主通风机的自动化程度和运行可靠性。
In order to monitor and control the main ventilator effectively and ensure the stable operation of the fan, the paper proposes a kind of design scheme of monitoring and control system for mine main ventilator based on PLC. The paper introduces the structure design and function imprementation of the monitoring system, expounds the hardware configuration of monitoring system, the monitoring principle and the design of upper computer. The monitoring system will achieve the function effectively by three kinds of control mode:on-spot control, semi-automatic control, fully automatic control, which improve the degree of automation and operation reliability of the main fan.
