摘要
随着定向井技术的不断完善,丛式井钻井技术现已在国内各大油田广泛应用。华北油田雁63断块根据地质构造特征采用了定向丛式井开发,井眼采用五段制井眼轨道设计剖面,该区块布井多,井网密,整拖距离5 m,上直段并行井段长,井间碰撞因素较多,钻井施工过程中绕障难度大,对井眼轨迹控制和监测技术要求高。针对华北油田雁63断块丛式井特点在实钻过程中采用了定向剖面优化设计,MWD无线随钻定向与监测,及时调整井眼轨迹,保证了井眼轨迹的规则,减少了后期采油杆管的偏磨效应,施工过程中通过优化钻井参数、简化钻具结构、严格控制轨迹、优化钻井液体系等技术措施实现了安全快速钻井。
With the improvement of directional well drilling teachnique, cluster well drilling technique has been widely accepted in domestic oil ifelds. It is also conducted in Yan63 Block of Huabei Oilifeld based on the geological characteristics. Five-section wellbore track was designed. The area is featured with big amount of wells, large well pattern density, long vertical well section, many well col-lision factors, and large dififculty of obstacle avoiding during drilling, so it need more requirement for wellbore trajectory control and monitoring. In view of the features above, in the real drilling process, directional proifle optimization design and wireless MWD direc-tion and monitoring are used to adjust well trajectory timely, which guarantees the wellbore shape, leading to less eccentric wear in later production. During the drilling process, quick drilling with safety is achieved through optimizing drilling parameters, simplifying drilling tool structure, strictly control trajectory, and optimizing drilling lfuid.
