摘要 公共气象服务因气象灾害的重大性、预报能力的有限性、产品覆盖的不均等性导致舆论危机事件屡有发生;而且,新媒体时代信息传播呈现"大众麦克风"趋势、具有交互性强的特性以及碎片化、无中心化倾向,加上气象部门自身体制机制有待完善、素质能力有待提高,使得舆论危机管理难度进一步加大。本文结合近年来的气象服务舆论事件进行研究分析,探讨公共气象服务面临的舆论危机问题,提出有效应对风险、化解危机的策略。 Because of the significant of meteorological disasters , the limitation of prediction ability, and the inequality of product coverage, public crisis events of public meteorological service have occurred repeatedly; Furthermore, new media age information dissemination showed a trend of " mass microphone" , it has the interactive features, fragmentation, and no centralized tendency. As a result, combining with the needs of meteorological department to improve their own systems and mechanisms, quality and ability, these make the public crisis management more difficult, the issues of public opinion crisis for public meteorological service in recent years were analyzed, the meteorological service to put forward the strategies of the effectively cope with risks and defuse the crisis.
