摘要
国内外学校突发事件与危机不断出现,学校危机管理成为学校管理的一项重要内容。文中对学校危机管理进行界定,并讨论了学校危机分类。运用危机管理的相关理论,提出学校危机管理预警与处置的6项基本要求:危机管理的基本原则;建立健全危机管理的组织机构,做好危机应对的预案;预警的级别与分级处置;警讯点的识别;危机的处置流程;危机的复原。阐述了学校危机预警与处置的3个关键问题:加强思想政治教育,强调相应的法制与法规、校规与校纪的教育;建立良性的信息沟通与传播机制和危机处置技术支撑体系;进行学校危机管理理论与方法的研究。
School crisis management has become an important issue in school management as emergencies and crises occur at a greater frequency. This paper defines school crisis management and classifies school crises. According to relevant theories on crisis management, it proposes six basic principles to school crisis warning and treatment： basic principles to crisis management, an organization to establish a comprehensive management and a prediction system for crises, warning classification and its treatment, the identification of crises, the treatment of crises and the restoration of crises. It further exposits three key issues related to school crisis management and treatment： to reinforce political education and to reiterate relevant regulations; to ensure fluent information communication and a comprehensive treatment against crises; and to study school crisis management theory and methodology.
