摘要
由于海岛野外生存课程安全事故的突发性、多因果性和安全教育的不可预演性,海岛野外生存课程安全预警的重要性日益凸现。然而,目前理论界关于野外生存课程安全预警的研究却很少,也未见及基本概念研究。因此,试图对海岛野外生存课程安全预警机制及其构成要素和运行机制做一肤浅探讨,起到抛砖引玉的作用,希望能为相关决策机构提供有价值的建议。
The suddenness of the accidents, the multi-factored result and the impossible safety experiment in outdoor survival on islands make the safety forecasting system in the course more and more important. However, there are few researches on this currently, nor on its basic concepts. This article tries to explore the safety forecasting system its components and operating mechanism in the course of outdoor survival on islands in order to provide the policy making bodies with some valuable advice.
