摘要
着重分析了箱式高压电机冷却系统的设计,以及IC611、IC616、IC81W等空-空冷电机的冷却效果,为充分发挥这些冷却系统的作用,针对不同类型电机风路进行合理冷却系统的优化设计,以及风路有限元仿真,试验验证了该设计合理可行。
Focused on the analysis of the design of box-type high voltage motor cooling system, as well as the cooling effect of IC611, IC616, IC81W air-to-air cooling motor. In order to allow full play to the cooling system, make reasonable design for wind path cooling system on the different types of motor, and conduct air duct finite element simulation, experimental verification was reasonable and feasible.
