变频器供电载波引起的非晶电机谐波损耗的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究变频器供电情况下,由载波引起的非晶合金永磁电机的谐波损耗特性,测试了非晶合金电机和同结构参数的硅钢片电机的谐波损耗,并基于实测数据利用有限元对比分析了两台电机谐波损耗的分布规律。结果显示,变频器供电情况下非晶合金电机定子绕组中由载波引起的谐波电流含量高于硅钢片电机,由此导致非晶合金电机谐波损耗高于硅钢片电机,该谐波损耗的主要分量为永磁体中的涡流损耗,采用永磁体轴向分段手段可有效抑制非晶合金电机的谐波损耗。 In order to research the carrier harmonic losses of the permanent magnet motor with an amorphous magnetic stator core fed by inverter,the harmonic losses of two permanent magnet motors with the same structure parameters whose stator core were made of amorphous magnetic material and silicon steel material respectively were tested,harmonic losses of these two motors were also calculated by finite element analysis based on the measured magnetic performances of the amorphous core.It is shown that,the carrier harmonics in the stator winding of the amorphous motor are more than that in the silicon steel motor,the harmonic loss of amorphous motor is higher than that of the silicon steel motor.Eddy current losses in magnets are the main part of the harmonic loss,and the harmonic loss of the amorphous motor can be reduced by axial dividing the magnets.
