本文探讨了信息技术与信息技术教育的定义,分析了信息技术教育的本质、范畴、领域、模式与目标体系,论述了大力加强信息技术教育对于实施我国21世纪远程教育发展战略等方面的重要意义.
In this article, the definition of IT and IT education are discussed, and the essence, category, field , model and target systems of IT education are analyzed, and the significance of enforcing IT education to the realization of the strategy of distance education in the 21st century．
