摘要 目的改进小儿珍贝散制备工艺,建立和完善小儿珍贝散质量标准。方法采用对比法对工艺进行改进,采用薄层色谱法进行质量控制,鉴别川贝母、牛黄、胆南星及冰片4味药,并采用气相色谱法对冰片进行含量测定。结果薄层色谱效果良好,在同一位置上显示相同颜色的斑点;气相色谱法测定的冰片含量符合规定,证明此色谱条件能满足含量测定的需要。结论改进后的小儿珍贝散制备工艺更合理,新增的质量控制方法对产品质量的控制更有效。 Objective To improve the production craftsmanship and to set up and improve the product quality of xiaoerzhenbei powder. Methods Production process was improved by correlation method;Thin layer chromatography was used to differentiate Unibract Fritillary Bulb,Calculus Bovis,Arisaema Cum Bile,and Borneol.The content of Borneol was determined by the use of gas chromatography. Results The thin layer chromatography effect was good,the color spots were displayed on the same location;the percentage of the content was up to specification,which proved that the chromatogram was sufficient for the test. Conclusion The improved craftsmanship of xiaoerzhenbei powder is more reasonable,and the new quality control method is more effective for quality of product.
