摘要
目的:建立GC法测定复方双七胶囊中龙脑的含量。方法:以水杨酸甲酯为内标,乙酸乙酯为溶剂,HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱(0.25μm×0.25mm×30m)为色谱柱,氮气为载气,柱温170℃,进样器和氢火焰离子化检测器温度均为230℃。结果:樟脑、异龙脑、龙脑与内标在所建立的色谱条件下获得良好分离,龙脑在0.1—4.0g-L-1 r=1.0000)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为101.0%(RSD=1.58%,n=9),样品中的樟脑与异龙脑均未超过限度。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于复方双七胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a GC method for determination of borneol in compound Shuang-Qi capsules. Method: Methyl salicylate and ethyl acetate were used as the internal standard and solvent, respectively. The HP-INNOWAX capillary column(0. 25 μm × 0. 25 mm× 30 m) was used for the separa- tion, with nitrogen as the carrier gas and FID as the detector. The column temperature was set at 170 ℃, and the injector and detector temperatures were both set at 230 ℃. Results: Camphor, isoborneol, borneol and the internal standard were separated well under the established GC condition. The linear range of borneol was 0. 1 -4. 0 g-L-1, r = 1. 000 0). The average recovery rate of borneol was 101.0% ( RSD = 1.58%, n = 9). The content of neither camphor nor isoborneol exceeded their respective limits. Conclusion: The method is convenient and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of borneol in compound Shuang-Qi capsules.
