摘要
以某航天企业装配生产为研究对象,针对装配车间的管理现状,在分析了该企业装配信息化业务功能需求的基础上,搭建了装配生产MES系统的体系架构,设计了基础数据管理、派工管理、派工执行和质量管理等功能模块。归纳了装配生产过程中信息的类型,并运用IDEF1X建模方法给出了具体的信息模型。最后开发实现了航天产品装配生产MES系统原型。
Taking an aerospace enterprise assembly business as the object of the research, it establishes the system structure aiming at the current situation of management in the assembly shop and on the basis of the informatization requirements of the corporate assembly. It designs function modules which includs basic data management module, dispatches the management module, the implementation of the dispatching module and quality management module, defines the type of information in the assembly process, illustrates the information model with IDEF1X. Finally, develops the manufacturing execution system of aerospace product assembly.
