摘要
制造BOM可显示产品制造的阶层关系、工艺路线、工艺装备、材料等,是离散型制造企业重要的基础和生产数据。对于制造企业信息化而言,建立以制造BOM为核心的产品数据流是一项核心工作。本文基于对产品生命周期各阶段BOM的研究,分析了制造BOM的内涵、结构,提出以制造BOM为核心的制造工艺数据管理,并面向制造企业数据管理的需求,对以制造工艺数据为基础的制造数据管理进行了论述。
MBOM represents the level of product in manufacturing process, process routing, fixture, material etc., it is the most important data of manufacturing enterprise. For the informalization of. manufacturing enterprise, the construction of a product data flow that adopts MBOM as core is an important work. Based on the research of BOM in different phases of product life cycle, the connotation and structure of MBOM are analysed and manufacturing process planning data management that adopts MBOM as core is presented. On the basis of practical requirement of manufacturing data management, the manufacturing data manage- ment is discussed in detail.
