摘要
目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙片与超声波联合治疗颈动脉粥样斑块的临床疗效。方法将124例颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组62例。对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用超声波治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,2组稳定斑块(纤维型+钙化型)患者显著增多(P<0.01),不稳定斑块(脂质型+脂质纤维型)患者显著减少(P<0.01),且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组无斑块患者显著多于对照组(P<0.05);2组颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)及粥样硬化斑块面积均显著降低(P<0.01),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组TC、TG及LDL-C均显著降低(P<0.01),且,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论阿托伐他汀钙联合超声波治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块疗效确切,较单用阿托伐他汀钙片可更有效降低血脂水平,并增强粥样硬化斑块稳定性,值得临床推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of atorvastatin combined with ultrasonic in patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque. Methods A total of 124 patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque were randomly divided into the observation group （ n = 62） and the control group（n = 62）. The control group was treated with atorvastatin, and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin combined with ultrasonic, and then the clinical effects were compared be- tween the two groups. Results After the treatment, there were more patients with stable plaque in the two groups （P〈0.01）. There were less patients with unstable plaque（P〈0.01）. The obser- vation group was significantly better than the the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and patients with no plaque in the observation group were significantly more than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Carotid IMT and plaque area were significantly smaller after treatment in the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）, and significantly smaller in the observation group than the control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.01）. TC, TG, and LDL-C in the two groups were significantly lower than before in the two groups（P K 0.01 ）, and the observation group were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with ultrasonic has better effects in lowering blood lipid levels and enhancing atherosclerotic plaque stability in the patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque than single atorvastatin does. Thus it＇s worthy to be promoted.
