摘要
脱硫反应器的制造过程比较繁琐,在制造中难点的处理上,如:封头和筒体的堆焊,以及12Cr2Mo1R的焊接等控制要求严格。论述了脱硫反应器的一些组件的制造工艺,并对设备的制造难点及解决方式作了详细的阐述。
The manufacturing process of desulfurization reactors is relatively complicated,and need strict control requirements,especially in the handling of the difficulties in the manufacturing process,such as： the surfacing of the head and the cylinder,and the welding of 12Cr2Mo1R and so on.Some of the components of the desulfurization reactor＇s manufacturing processes were discussed,and a detailed exposition of the equipment manufacturing difficulties and solutions was given.
