摘要
目的:探讨以问题为基础的学习(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)教学方法在外科课间见习教学中的效果。方法:临床医学专业72名学生分别设为实验组(36名)和对照组(36名),实验组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用以授课为基础的学习(Lecture-Based Learning,LBL),通过考试、问卷调查方式评价教学效果。结果:实验组和对照组考试成绩无明显差异,问卷调查中实验组在临床技能方面明显优于对照组。结论:PBL教学法较LBL教学法在提高学生的临床技能方面有明显的优势,而不会影响医学基础知识的学习。
Objective: To explore the effect of application of problem-based teaching (PBL) method in surgery medicine practice. Methods : 72 clinic medical students were divided into two groups : experimental group ( n = 36) taught by PBL teaching method and contrast group( n = 36) taught by traditional teaching method. The teaching effect was assessed by test and questionnaire. Results: The questionnaire indicated the experimental group was better than the contrast group in clinical skills. Conclusion : PBL has obvious advantage over traditionl teaching method in improving clinical skills without impacting the learning of medical basic knowledge.
