摘要
为了波浪能的有效利用,并与海洋功能区划相协调,研究了波浪能优先开发利用区选划方法。运用叠加法确定波浪能开发利用备选区;收集备选区环境、社会经济及能源需求状况等相关资料;采用以模糊数学为基础的多因素综合评价法对影响波浪能开发利用的诸多因素进行综合评价;选划出波浪能优先开发利用区。为我国近海波浪能资源的开发利用规划提供技术支持。
For effective utilization of wave energy and coordinating with marine function zoning, the wave energy priority utilization zoning was studied, which determined the alternative area for wave energy utilization with the method of superposition. The environment information of the alternative area and the related data of requirements of social economy and energy were collected. The comprehensive evaluation of influenced factors for wave energy utilization was made using the method of fuzzy mathematics, and then the selection program of priority utilization area was determined. It offers technical support for the planning of wave energy resource utilization of offshore area in our country.
