摘要
近年来,"学闹"现象有愈演愈烈之势,严重影响了学校正常的教学、工作和生活秩序。"学闹"的发生既有学生和学生家长方面的原因,也有学校和社会方面的原因。杜绝"学闹"必须加强教育,预防为主;高度重视,认真处理;建章立制,依法办事。
＂School Rumbling＂, becoming more and more serious in recent years, severely influences the nor- real school order of teaching, working, and living. The occurrence of ＂School Rumbling＂ results from the problems of students and their parents, schools and societies. In order to stop this phenomenon, we must strengthen educa- tion and put prevention first, pay highly attention and deal with it seriously, build systems and act by law.
