摘要
研究了用物理化学方法和超滤技术制备注射用磷脂的工艺。结果表明 :本工艺生产的注射用磷脂得率为 2 0 % ,产品含磷量 4 0 8% ,各项质量指标均符合卫生部的有关标准。
The article studies on the preparation processing technology of injection phosphotide by phsical and chemical method and ultrafitration technology.The results were as follows:the product contented 4.08%P;the extraction rate of injection phosphotide was 20% and each quality standard correspond to the command of national health department
